  • Why does my doctor's patient portal say "powered by NoMoreClipboard"?

NoMoreClipboard portals are used by physician practices, clinics, hospitals, laboratories and other organizations that provide healthcare-related services. As a patient, the portal you’re using might be sponsored by one of your providers and may even be part of the practice website. But behind the scenes, NoMoreClipboard is the company keeping your data safe, secure and easy to organize, manage, update and share.

The NoMoreClipboard PHR is the cornerstone product within the portal — and that’s the tool you only need to create once…even if you have different doctors and different portals. You can use the same login and password to access your PHR from anywhere, any time, either through a sponsored portal or direct at NoMoreClipboard.com. Even if you created your PHR through a portal sponsored by one of your providers, you can add electronic information from any provider, and use the same PHR for all your healthcare records.

    • Your password should be at least eight characters long
    • Use a combination of letters, numbers and special characters
    • Do not use your birthday, family name, pet name or other information that someone could easily guess

  • How do I choose a password hint?

The hint is used to remind you of your password if you forget it (which happens more often that you might think!). The hint you provide should remind you of your password, but it should not contain or give away your password.

As an example, if your password is the first car you owned – 67Mustang – you might use “first car” as your hint.

  • How do I start building my personal health record?

The NoMoreClipboard Completion Wizard will guide you step-by-step through creating your PHR. As soon as you begin typing, the Wizard will autofill with common medications, conditions and procedures information so you can just click and go. Still, it’s helpful to consider a few things before you get started.

You can begin by contacting your doctor(s) and asking for copies of your medical records. Or, if you have copies already, you can gather that paperwork when you’re ready to start adding information.

Take some time to think about what types of information or notes are most important to your family. At a minimum, physicians say the key pieces of information they value most are:

    1. List of your current diagnoses – your conditions or medical issues
    2. List of current medications – the medication name and dosage, which you can find on the prescription label
    3. Any allergies you may have – especially drug allergies
    4. Immunizations – especially handy if you are creating a PHR for your children

You do not need to use medical terminology to create your PHR – just describe your health history using your own words. If you’re not sure of the correct name for a condition, enter your best guess, then use the description boxes to enter an explanation with as much detail as possible.

Enter as much information as you like – your PHR is your record and how much information you store is completely up to you.
