Username/Password Handling in NMC

All users who have an account in have a username and password.

Accounts can have multiple members within the account.

If a member forgets their username, they can visit a screen where they can enter their email address, and any usernames that are connected to that email address are emailed.

If a member forgets their password, they can click a link to reset their password. They will be asked the following:

  • Their username
  • Their secret security question (which must be answered exactly)
  • Their zip code registered on their account

If all three match up, they are allowed to enter a new password for the account.

Members can also contact our customer support, if these methods do not work.
