Due to successful adoption rates of the NoMoreClipboard PHR at Indiana University’s Health Center, the university was invited to present its experiences at the recent CHI 2010 conference.

Indiana University’s SLIS (School of Library and Information Science) faculty member Hamid Ekbia, PhD, presented a paper and a poster that explored issues relating to personal health records, including a paper titled, “Personal Health Records for Self-Management Support” and a poster titled, “Personal Health Records for College Students: A Case Study.” The poster was created in collaboration with Daniel Kutz (SLIS Ph.D. student) and Peter Grogg (IU Health Center) and provided information on the NoMoreClipboard PHR that helps IU students manage, maintain and exchange their health information with the university’s health clinic.

CHI 2010 (ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems) is the premier international conference for the field of human-computer interaction and took place on April 10-11 in Atlanta, Georgia.  Please read details about the presentation here and view the poster here.
