Consumers can begin with a basic NoMoreClipboard.com account that is completely free. Our free basic account includes functionality that other PHRs often charge significant amounts for, and a basic account can include personal health records for up to 10 individuals. We also offer a premium account which is $9.95 annually for individuals or $29.95 annually for families. This account includes the ability to include documents such as past medical records, advanced directives, and other important information that can be uploaded. We also have a concierge account which is $59.95 annually for individuals and $119.95 annually for families. A concierge account is ideal for individuals managing chronic conditions, seeing multiple physicians or managing the healthcare of multiple family members.
