William Cast, MD – Chief Executive Officer

Bill is a practicing ear, nose and throat surgeon and our resident voice of the physician, ensuring that we consistently deliver value to consumers and medical professionals alike. Bill is responsible for driving enterprise growth, with a focus on creating and sustaining relationships with the medical and academic communities. Bill is also president of the Indiana University board of trustees, and has a rich entrepreneurial history – having served as founding president of an IPA and a medical liability insurance firm, founding chairman of DuPont hospital in Northeast Indiana, and publisher of a medical economics newsletter.

Douglas Horner – Chief Technology Officer

Doug is the founder and CTO of NoMoreClipboard – the man with the original vision and the software engineering skills to make that vision a reality. As the leader of a successful HIE and an innovative electronic health record company, Doug has a firm grasp on the value of web-based health records, the importance of interoperability, and the significance of helping consumers and medical professionals share health information without dramatic changes to workflow. Doug provides overall leadership across a broad range of activities, and is equally at home anticipating healthcare IT trends, participating in the development of interoperability standards or working in the wee hours to architect innovative solutions that satisfy client needs. Doug has nearly two decades of software industry experience, building expertise in systems, networks, and management.

Jeff Donnell - President

As president of NoMoreClipboard, Jeff is responsible for operations, strategy development, business development, product management, marketing and customer service at NoMoreClipboard.

Jeff has helped NoMoreClipboard gain recognition as one of the top personal health records on the market and helps the company’s leadership team leverage its extensive clinical health and technology experience to continually enhance a PHR application that is consumer-friendly, interactive, secure, mobile and interoperable.

A visible member of Indiana’s health IT community, Jeff serves as a Board Member for the Indiana HIMSS chapter. He has also helped to raise awareness of health IT adoption nationally via public speaking sessions across the nation. He is a sought-after media expert on the topic of health IT relating to personal health and patient empowerment issues and has been featured in BusinessWeek, Healthcare IT News, Modern Healthcare, Health Data Management and more.

Jeff has more than 20 years of management consulting, marketing communications, business development and advertising experience, including a stint as a principal at one of the top business-to-business marketing firms in the U.S. He has also taught advertising at the University of Indianapolis and lectured on business-to-business marketing at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Dave Carlson - Technical Director

Dave is responsible for the care and feeding of the NoMoreClipboard application, leading software development, integration, and continuous product improvement initiatives. Dave led the development of the NoMoreClipboard consumer interface, and works with enterprise clients to tailor NoMoreClipboard to meet specific workflow requirements and integrate with other healthcare IT applications. Prior to joining NoMoreClipboard, Dave was involved in web and application development for a variety of other firms including Gramtel, GeneralSearch.com and Stats Inc.

Joe Martin - Chief Security and Privacy Officer

In his role as Chief Security and Privacy Officer, Joe is responsible for managing the security and privacy of both corporate and client data. He provides direction to the development and implementation teams to ensure that NoMoreClipboard software and service solutions comply with appropriate regulations and client requirements.

Joe is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Government (CIPP/G). In 2010, Joe completed the necessary requirements to be designated a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) and a Certified HIPAA Security Specialist (CHSS) by the HIPAA Academy. He is an executive committee member in the FBI's InfraGard critical infrastructure protection program and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the Allen County (Indiana) School Safety Commission.

Joe came to NoMoreClipboard after nearly 27 years with IBM where he was responsible for assisting large organizations in protecting their critical physical and information assets and in responding to security threats and intrusions. He consulted with clients on the selection and implementation of complex systems, disaster recovery planning, and physical and information security.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.”
